This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Coocking Mania, operated by EME530 MARKETING LTD, via www.coockingmania.com.
1. Digital Products
Cooking Mania sells digital products, including but not limited to:
- Digital recipe eBooks
- Recipe collections
- Meal planners
- Grocery list templates
- Downloadable guides
- Other digital cooking resources
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
Our digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment or through the download/access instructions provided after purchase.
2. Digital Downloads and Right to Cancel
Under applicable UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content may normally have a cancellation period.
However, where you request that the supply of digital content begins immediately, before the end of the statutory cancellation period, and you expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins, your statutory right to cancel the purchase will end once access to the digital content has started.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Digital Content
If the digital content you receive is:
- Faulty or corrupted
- Inaccessible due to a problem attributable to us
- Materially different from the product description
- Missing substantial content included in your purchase

5. Duplicate Purchases

Where we can verify that a genuine duplicate transaction occurred, we may refund the duplicate charge.

If you have successfully paid but have not received or cannot access your digital product, please contact:

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional discounts have no separate cash value.
10. Bundles
If you purchase a digital bundle containing multiple products and access or download the bundle, it will normally be treated as supplied digital content.
A partial refund will not normally be available simply because you choose not to use some of the included files, except where required by law.
11. No Physical Returns
Cooking Mania products covered by this policy are digital products.

There is no physical product to return and no return shipping address is required for digital purchases.
